Junior Karts are not permitted at this event.

PASSENGERS

Passengers (age 18+) must sign the Event Waiver before riding and wear an approved helmet.

MINORS: Children ages 12-17 in any "hot area" (Driver, Passenger, or walking in Grid) must have a DIGITAL Minor Annual Waiver FOR THE 2024 CALENDAR YEAR on file with the SCCA and their parents or legal guardians *must be present* at the event. (PAPER Minor Annual Waivers are no longer accepted)

HELMETS

*** SA/M 2005 and similar age helmet certifications are no longer valid. ***

Please check your helmet prior to registering! Current SCCA certifications are here.  A small number of loaner helmets are available on a first come/first serve basis.

7:00a - Gates Open
7:30a to 9:00a - Registration Check In & Tech Open
8:30a - Course open for walking
9:00a - Novice Course Walk
9:30a - Drivers Safety Meeting
9:45a - First Heat to Grid
10:00a - First Car Off! Course Hot
~4:00p - Awards

A lunch break will be added to the schedule if time allows, this will be announced during the drivers meeting.

All times are subject to change. We recommend all competitors arrive on site between 7:00a and 8:30a to ensure enough time to prepare.
We focus on staying on schedule and being prompt on our start times. Tech WILL CLOSE at 9:00a and the drivers meeting with start at 9:30a. If you arrive after tech has closed, there will be a $5 dollar charge to have your car tech'ed. No cars will be accepted after the drivers safety meeting has started.


The more people we have help clean up at the end of the day, the faster we can get to awards and home after the event. If you would like to help but are not sure of what you can do, please ask! All TRSCCA officers are more than willing to help and show you the ropes.
