Meeting called at 8:00

Bowling seems to be on the agenda for the next social. Candace Darnell is making the arrangements. Dan discussed ideas for upcoming social events in the spring, such as picnics, go carts, etc. The club is still looking for a social chair for anyone who is interested.

As of 6/01/02, national dues will increase by $10. The new rate is $65. Members can renew their membership through Steve Bunce and save $5.

Dan checked with the national headquarters and our region has 214 members.

Steve gave the TreasurerŐs Report.

Richard gave the BoardŐs report. He discussed the timing and trailer equipment.

Face gave the Competition Report. There will likely be no more events as the fairgrounds this year, as the parking lot is too small.

There were door prizes at the end of the meeting. Winners will receive numbers for their car. The winners were Caven Smith, Elizabeth McLeod, and Fasil Petro.

The meeting was closed at 8:15.
